Steve Cooke’s new video for “Working for the USA” released
Cooke’s original and refreshing new single “Working for the USA” has recently gone to air on the country’s Triple A radio stations, where it will be doing the rounds throughout November and December into the new year.The music video for “Working for the USA” was released today. It is shot in black and white. It features renowned musicians and actors partaking in a working factory environment while playing their instruments, offering a view into the life and aspiration’s of a common workingman just trying to get by in his day-to-day blue-collar existence. Director of photography Royce Dudley kept Steve close to the action at all times, ensuring he captured the artist’s vision. Dudley and his crew have delivered a superb example of a ‘movie-style’ music clip!

In addition to the extraordinary performance power of this rock musician, “Working for the USA” presents an important social comment of Steinbeck proportions. It remind us all in a simple and direct way that the working person is the backbone of any nation’s economy. As such – and more importantly as unique individuals – they must receive their full entitlement of fair wages and working conditions, so they can not only provide for themselves and the ones they love, but also realise their dreams and aspirations as well.
